❗️Before you begin, here is how to pick the right “Community Type” for your community
(Most communities could be classified as more than one, choose the best option)
55+ Community: Choose this if your community is age-restricted, age-qualified, or mainly designed for adults 55 and older.
Bring Your Own Home: Choose this if residents may bring their own approved tiny home, park model, RV, or similar home to the community.
Full-Time Living: Choose this if residents can live in the community year-round as their primary home.
Homes Available: Choose this if your community has homes for sale, resale homes, model homes, or move-in-ready homes available onsite.
Tiny Home Rentals: Choose this if visitors can rent a tiny home for a short stay, trial stay, seasonal stay, or longer rental.
